I have a small head (54.5cm) and was hoping to find a similar rain hat for the car because I find an umbrella inefficient and uncomfortable for walking fast one- and exiting vehicles. It looked like a flatter crown to balance out the girth. Unfortunately the crown is standard and the hat sits so low I can barely see. When I tilt the hat back to provide a better view, I have to fold the brim so it doesn't rub against the back of my head. I only kept it because I use it so seldom and it keeps my head dry.
