The ease of use - it's very simple to navigate through the app. It also has an excellent customer support team who are always willing to help with any queries or issues you may have. I dislike how sometimes when i'm writing my notes they don't appear for some reason which can be frustrating but this does not happen often. We're solving our clients' problems by providing them with access to their contracts at all times. This allows us to keep track of everything we've done as well as being able to provide feedback about what we think needs changing.
