Let me start by saying that the wax is really nice and pours/stamps quite well. However, I waited four weeks for them to arrive and when they finally arrived I was very disappointed. It was shipped in bubble wrap which wasn't the best choice for this product. The box was broken and flung open, all the beads inside were jumbled. The candles were thrown into a plastic bag along with the box, so that they crushed the box and spoon, covering them with melted wax. Many wax balls were broken into candles and the wicks crushed. Well, as for the wax, it doesn't work as I hoped. It's very beautiful, but it can't be broken. It sticks so strongly to the paper that it cannot be removed without damaging the letter. If you use this wax I suggest pre-printing it and using it with double sided tape. If you seal the letter with it, the recipient cannot open it. Again, the colors of the wax are very pretty, and a well-made spoon makes it easy to make beautiful seals without the mess. You can just wipe the spoon with a napkin while it's still hot and the result will be great.
