Review on Improved Brother WT220CL Waste Toner Box for Efficient Toner Management, Black by Andrew Spainhour

Nowadays people don't use printers as much as they used to. I bought this product because my HL-3180CDW printer was showing a "Replace waste toner box" error. I installed it on September 19, 2020. The error still occurred. I turned the printer off/on and the error went away. A week later when I tried to use the printer, the error reappeared. I did that too and the error is gone. This time the error doesn't go away no matter what I do. I even took the device out and gave it a little tap and it's still the same. It was a bad unit. Revain's return policy has now been adopted. I am at the seller's mercy to replace it for me. If you read this review please let me know what I need to do.
