The package arrived early and I was so excited to open my new hair extensions. The length was ok and the hair looked soft but I was very disappointed when I saw the color. It wasn't dark brown at all. I checked the package carefully, if I received the wrong item, NO, it clearly says #2 Darkest Brown, but as you can see from the picture the color is medium to light brown. I really liked the quality of the hair and would have bought longer hair if the color was right but will now go back and look elsewhere. 5 stars for Vivien's best customer service. other seller.
