They work great. I tried just using loose shaker balls in existing containers but that didn't really work and then I lost the loose shaker balls and needed a replacement. I took them to Soylent for breakfast and lunch. They work pretty well. A few things that have helped me. Make Soylent first the night before and refrigerate overnight. Soylent dissolves perfectly on cooling to room temperature if shaken well, with shaker balls of course. In my opinion, real Soylent is much tastier cold. As part of the manufacture, after you put water in the bottle, they are graduated to easy, and the soylent into the water and the ball into the bottle, and tighten the lid, take the time, to shake a few seconds to dissolve the substance in water. If you don't do this right away, the caked, wet powder won't dissolve in the morning either. The bottles are easy to clean with a cloth and soap and water. Be careful when washing them as the shaker balls can get tangled and trying to untangle them will really slow down your process.
