Manufacturer error without recourse.
I've just decided to replace the battery in my phone so I used a new battery and found that one of the ends of the battery (if you look to the right) isn't as flat as the other side, which means the battery is in upside down. I can't use it, it won't work. This is a manufacturing defect and I have no option to exchange it because I bought it so long ago (bought in February). I doubt I will buy from this company again, I have no way to rectify this situation.
