Not working as advertised; the cutting wire yields so much that the pressure required to actually cut the block of meat tin causes the upper (wire) part to jump out of the holder at the bottom; You get stuck with a block 1/3 of the way. You can make it to the end by removing the top from the bottom and pushing it through on a cutting board, but you end up with a mashed mass of meat, not slices as advertised.
