This toy presents a choking hazard. The toy is pretty dated, made out of wood, and it even comes with sandpaper in case you need to smooth out edges or whatever. on it but as I was playing around with the toy I was looking at chopsticks with balls for the xylophone part and one of the balls came loose and I thought maybe I could poke it but then I realized my kid had more one is now all she cares about is putting everything in her mouth and even if your child is three years old they want to put something in their mouth so when I looked at it I noticed that it just jumped off the stick is that belongs to a xylophone. This is a serious choking hazard as it is small and can choke your child, it is absolutely dangerous. I spoke to my husband about the possibility of sticking it back with wood glue but we just don't feel comfortable with this toy so we decided to throw away both xylophone sticks. ok but it's just not a safe toy and I can't endorse or recommend the toy.
