No, no, no. I totally hate these.1. There are no smooth transitions between the lights. There aren't really any settings you could enable other than the flash. Even if you put it on a fixed stationary spot, IT STILL FLASHES2. It's always a rainbow. You can't set only one color.3. They are super thin. In my photo they are 2 sets together.4. The way you change the settings is via the USB connection, which is very cumbersome when you want to switch the light from a fit flash to a light burst flash5. They are just so poorly made and so cheap.
