I like that it helps to see where your money can go most efficiently. It's also an easy way for my team to access insights we need quickly. In order to utilize this software fully, there needs to be more transparency with what you're looking at in real time (i.e., how many people are being impacted by our decisions). If you don't know exactly what you want out of your analysis then Q will not help you find it. The only issue I have had so far was that Q does take some getting used to as well as having specific knowledge about the analytics or metrics you wish to look at. With that said, once you do get comfortable using Q all the benefits become clear! We use Q primarily to understand whether certain products perform better than others within different customer segments. By doing so, we determine which ones should remain in-stock while those that aren't performing well.
