Review on 🔪 Zyliss 31380 - ZYLISS Utility Paring Knife with Sheath Cover, 5.5-Inch Stainless Steel Blade, Purple by Ahmed Jackson

I am by no means a professional chef and have never had the money to buy expensive fancy knives because I am a financially independent college student living on scholarships and loans. Aside from my personal experience with knives, this is one of the best knives I've ever used. I cook a lot and chop a lot of vegetables about 4 or 5 times a week. It sharpens very well and holds an edge well - much better than other knives I have in my drawer! It slices tomatoes without crushing them, slices onions without slipping off them, and lets me handle zucchini and beets with ease. To be honest, at just $14 this is an invaluable investment and it seems like a good sharp knife would make cooking a lot less tiring. The light weight is nice and the shape of the handle keeps my hands from cramping when chopping a large batch of tough veggies. The blade of the chef's knife is deep enough that I don't have to worry about my knuckles touching the cutting board. The plastic case was also very practical when moving because I didn't have to pack it. It also allows me to store it in the cutlery drawer without having to find a place in the knife holder for it. All in all a great knife and I will probably order a different size from Zyliss because I love this one so much. .
