Great tool for improving Customer Engagement

The app has a very simple interface and the customer care support team is very helpful and responsive. The product has been able to help us improve our ROI and customer engagement. We have had a lot of success with the app. The support team has been great and has helped us solve any problems we have had. We have not had any issues with the app. There is nothing that I dislike about the app. It has been helpful in helping us connect with our customers and increase customer engagement. It has been one of the best investments that we have made. We have seen a huge increase in sales and customer engagement. I like that it is easy to use, has great analytics and can be integrated with other tools. It's not as intuitive as some of the others but it does everything we need. The support from Whisbi is amazing. They are always willing to work with you to figure out what you need to do your job. We have been using it since early 2018 and haven't had any issues yet. We are able to connect with our customers in ways that were not possible before.
