This seller sent my son KID's headphones. An item that was previously returned to the seller. IT IS ON THE PACKAGING! Apparently they knew it was defective but sent it to ANOTHER BABY! So, my child has Down syndrome. He saved a long time to buy these headphones. He was so heartbroken that they didn't work. If any of you know anything about children with Down syndrome, you'll understand when I say that you talk about it all the time. Poor guy. Also, it took WEEKS to get here. So I helped him choose 2 other headphones from another seller. I hope, that this seller will not intentionally send broken products to children in the future. (They were sold specifically for kids.) $30 down the drain. This is the era of Covid. It's hard for people. Why cause more pain?
