As another user noted, these trim strips fall off very easily! The material itself is very strong and hard, which is good in itself, but this makes it difficult to stay on as it tends to bounce. This won't work unless you have a very shallow space under the doorknobs. The adhesive parts remain on the machine, but the pad does not stick to the adhesive. I tried sticking on additional 3M double sided tape but after about a week the pads started to come off again. In the return process I hate it because I really liked the pattern that matched the other accents on my car but if they can't stay on they are useless. Superglue will probably help, but then you can't remove it without damaging the car. Didn't want to try. The packaging only comes in Chinese, no English instructions, I used common sense and cleaned the surface with medical alcohol, but again, the glue sticks to the car very well, the cushion does not stick to the glue. This happened to all 4 pads so it's a general problem and not just a faulty part or something.
