Received these via PRIME. Arrived on time. Opened boxes and the factory packaging is perfect. Well protected. Had to wait for a little weather break and warmer temps to get them installed on my truck. I installed these on a 2011 Ram 1500 and I must say the installation was a breeze.40 minutes to install both sides of truck. Absolute plug and play to factory plugs. Signals, puddle lights and heaters all worked without a problem. Quality of these mirrors seems to be great. Have not towed with these mirrors yet but if that goes as well as the install were all good.Would definitelyrecommend these to any thinking about tow mirrors. Update on my mirrors, Have used them now for towing my 26 foot RV trailer these mirrors are superb. Absolutely love them. There is no shack while towing Great productCUSTOMER SERVICE! I can't say enough about customer service. I had an issue with one of the mirrors getting whacked and lost the spot mirror on the passenger mirror. Contacted customer support, they responded within 1 hour to my issue. The offered to replace the entire mirror for just the cost of shipping. WOW that is a great offer.I would recommend these mirrors and OPT7 overall as a great place to shop and deal with. Thank you again OPT7
