This shoe fits my narrow heel, high arch and wide forefoot well. With some other brands I had to add arch support insoles. I wear women's size 8 in normal shoes. I increased the size to size 9 so that the shoes are about thumb-width from the toes. If you like the feeling that your toes are closer to the end of the shoe, go 1/2 size up. At first the shoes seemed a bit strange because of the rocker, but I fell in love with them quickly. The padding is good and the laces stay put when you pull them up, locking the foot in the shoe well. The tongue and heel are well padded so the heel doesn't slide, rub or hurt on the top of the foot. I use them for distance runs, sprints and tempo runs. I am very happy with this purchase. I've worn both Nimbus and Cumulus over the past few years and I think these are the best shoes Asics have ever made.
