No instructions or diagrams - even on YouTube I spent over an hour trying to figure out what to put on what. Nothing fit in the Shark's large holes, and the included adapter(?) was useless because it was the wrong size. The only thing I could connect was a hose that was too long to the hose on my vacuum cleaner. This caused Shark's heavy vacuum handle to drag across the floor. Useless. I'm glad the other reviewers were successful, but I'll be sending this back and trying something else. I hope I can use the attachments I already have.
