I bought two watches for my twin nieces but as I can't see them individually I'm giving them 2 stars overall. I checked both watches when they arrived and one of them was packaged in a nice cardboard box meant for kids. The other came in a crumpled black box that looked like it had been remodeled with no regard for the intended recipient. Since both watches looked great on their own, I decided to give them to the girls (which they specifically requested). They loved it and put it on immediately. One of the watches (purple flower strap) works perfectly. The other didn't work because of a dead battery. Because of Christmas we could not get a new battery until today. The battery and its replacement cost almost $12. But even worse was the disappointment the girl felt when she saw that her sister's watch worked, but she didn't. I'm angry that we had to spend time and money fixing something that should have worked. (This is also why I'm concerned about the battery life of other watches.) Please let me know how I can get my battery replacement reimbursed.
