This software is very easy for anyone that has no previous experience with print services companies such as ours! The customer service team was amazing when we were having issues during our transition from one provider (Print SF) into another supplier of printed products at work - they helped us figure out how everything worked together so easily once I had explained what needed changing over it all came along smoothly without any hiccups!! We are able solve problems quickly now which saves time but also allows me more flexibility because there's nothing getting lost between departments either if an issue comes up after hours / weekends etc.
