I'm happy with how often we receive notifications from our account manager when there's something new he wants to share, or an update they want us to implement in order for them (and their clients) to have successful campaigns! There are some minor bugs here and there but nothing too major - all pretty easy fixes once discovered :) Honestly though? What it lacks most of its competitors has more than made up by having one simple powerful tool at your disposal which helps ensure success rather then making things harder/more complicated.
For now only time will tell if this feature gets implemented further down the road as other companies start developing similar features themselves. We're able to effectively manage multiple accounts within 1 dashboard without needing additional software etc., thus saving money overall while providing better service level management as well since any changes can be done directly through the client portal itself.
