I'm usually a pretty generous reviewer, but this product didn't impress me. I ordered in March and in July one of the small ribs on the front holding the laptop in place broke. I have never handled this product roughly or dropped it. My laptop is 5 pounds so it's not as big as some gaming laptops this thing can stand on. Attempts to contact support to purchase a replacement part were ignored; not a word from Kutek. If I don't want to spend another $25 now, my laptop slides forward on a corner, because if you don't have that cooling pad supporting at least one tier, it doesn't cool anything. Incredibly annoying. UPDATE (six months after purchase): This laptop cooling pad is absolute junk and if I could give it zero stars I would. Both slats broke off and I have to tape my laptop to the pillow to keep it in place. The bar below that adjusts the height of the stand keeps getting unhooked from the inside and the stand bangs down and breaks my fingers when I try to adjust it. If I could go back in time and buy literally any laptop cooling pad other than this one, I would. Of course, Kootek never responds to support emails.
