Great idea - bad taste

I bought this for my husband and I to use on a hike for almost 3 weeks this summer. Love the low waste glass jar, love the fact that it's easy to clean at my campsite without running water etc. This product was super easy to use and lathered like crazy. The only problem I had was that it tasted really awful. Like soap with a subtle hint of mint. That being said I will use it for travel until it runs out and if there isn't a product with fluoride, eco-friendly packaging and a competitive price I might buy it again. Despite not having the best taste.
