Many years ago I came across a silicone baking mat from Silpat from France. It was new for patisseries and commercial kitchens to use it instead of or in addition to parchment. Recently, after almost 20 years of use, I needed a replacement and decided to try a set of Kitzini silicone baking mats and see how they match. Well I have to say they work just as well as MY original Silpat. They work great and don't stick or burn. They clean so well they look as new as the day they arrived. You will not be disappointed.
