Installation is harder than I thought. good system

I've just finished installing and haven't had a chance to ride yet, so I'm leaving a quick review. Packaging and shipping were great, everything arrived on time and well packaged. I have a 4seat can am x3 XRS turboR (longest in its class), it comes with more than enough wires for the speakers and the power cord would be long enough, but I wanted to add a rocker switch on the dash for the power switch. Yes, the system has a built-in switch. However, if you want to hide all the loose wires, you won't be able to reach the switch. I added a toggle switch with only one LED indicator (to prevent battery drain). Since adding the toggle switch I've had to extend the power cords maybe 18 inches. The biggest problem I had was finding a place to hide the amp and controller. You're kind of limited to what's available on your particular computer, and I didn't have much of a choice. Mounted the amp between the rear seats under the armrest divider and placed the controller in the glove box. In terms of sound quality, the tones can be slightly distorted depending on the music, not much but noticeable. Now, when you ride with the wind, rocks clink against the wings, people laugh and talk, and all off-road noise disappears. The device is loud enough and we are happy to pick it up and use it. If you liked me, pay attention to the order of turning off the dashboard. Make sure there is only one LED to turn on. The first switch I ordered had LED lights in both positions (on and off). Leaving the light on in the off position will drain the battery if left sitting for too long.

Cons
  • Out of fashion
