It was very cheap and you get what you pay for. It's basically just a long tube, way longer than necessary, but all that extra fabric gives it warmth and wind resistance. They are slightly itchy and soft, but not super soft or super itchy. They stretch but don't spring back as much. I picked up a few to use for work on those cold days and they will work fine for that purpose and for the price I wouldn't be upset if they broke. 4 stars because it's a cheap product and although I paid a cheap price I can't give myself 5 stars for something so cheap either.
