This thing is HEAVY, weighing 4 pounds. If you want REAL silence, like critical silence when listening to audiophiles, rather than "mostly quiet, good enough for me, sports drowns it out anyway," then this is the surge protector you're looking for. No compromises, just a quiet all-metal line filter. Isn't that what we all really want?
