Terrible Customer Service - Never fixes problems

I like that I have so much control over my data. The customer service is terrible. There is no one that answers emails when they are supposed to be the customer support team. There are no sales people that are available to speak with. They are so bad they don't even have a phone number on there website or in their account. I do not recommend this product. I have been a customer for over a year. I have spent money on upgrades and still nothing has changed. The support team has no clue that there products don't work. So they don't do anything about it. They don't help you fix it. They don't want you to use it. I have sent many emails through the support team. No one answers. Nothing. Not one reply. This is the only way I can get my questions answered. If you have any issues or questions. Don't even bother trying to call. They will just hang up.

  • That we could connect from all devices at once! We never know if our customers had an issue because everyone else was having problems too.....even though everything worked fine here...or something......oh well
