Saw the size reviews. They're definitely a little tight. I'm 5'11, 180, waist size 33. I always go somewhere between a medium and large shirt. For a fitted shirt or nice shirts I usually wear a medium. To keep the shirts comfortable, I wear a large one, but some of the large ones are too loose and look messy. For these tank tops, I wanted something for the whole house. Not too loose so they look messy but not too tight I can't breathe so I ordered a large as I read they are a little tight and I thought they would give me a form fitting figure and large too enough to breathe. NO. they were difficult to put on. The big ones on them are probably on par with the small ones in most US stores. This time I went for XL which is exactly what I needed. Fitted but not too tight. They are elastic. The length seems to be normal, but they still need to be washed. If you are a US doctor, choose XL.
