Now I have a cheap selfie stick. The ones that came out first are like an 80's TV antenna. They always seem to rock back and forth while you're trying to hold them still for selfies, not to mention they get pretty hard to hold down after a while. I have another racquet that is stronger but 17 inches long and works well but is awkward to carry because it's big and bulky. Decided to look for something that is a mix of both and found this. Arrived in 2 days in a small package thanks to Prime. This is an upgraded selfie stick. I was amazed at how easy it is. Its length is 5.6 ounces and 7.5 inches. The grip is comfortable with a thicker aluminum shaft inside that's pretty durable. The phone holder can be rotated 360 degrees, so you can take portrait or landscape shots. The Bluetooth remote control is detachable and has only one button for photos and videos. The handle opens to become a stand up tripod for photography or just live video on a table. I really like this selfie stick. I can take steady photos because the stem is thicker and doesn't wobble. It's my favorite stick at the moment, now when I travel I can just throw it in a small bag and I don't have to use my heavy duty stick anymore and it doubles as a tripod stand which I never had. The only thing I suggest is to include a tote bag. Many Thanks
