Review on Captain Growth by Carta Gutierrez

I like how easy it was to use, with no prior experience needed! It's super intuitive for anyone who knows what they're doing (even if you don't). The support team are always quick at responding when things go wrong or there needs addressing in some way - which makes me feel more comfortable using their product than other software companies we've used previously where communication has been poor/non-existent etc. Some of our stats aren’t showing up as expected but this could be down to my own lack of understanding rather then anything else so far nothing major really!! Would definitely recommend Captains products over others out there because everything seems very well thought through and user friendly compared to most competitors offerings. We were able track all aspects within one dashboard allowing us greater insight into areas needing attention such as customer engagement & retention rates across social media platforms helping improve future campaigns.
