This is a very reliable amplifier kit. The cables are of very high quality and everything you need to connect an amplifier or active subwoofer is included. I have no complaints about this kit, but I would recommend that you make sure you actually crimp or press the connector against the power cord. The power cord is true 4 gauge and very thick. Unless you have very strong hands, you probably won't be able to simply press the connector against the cable. I first crimped the connector as tight as possible, then placed it on a workbench and lightly tapped the connector with a hammer until it was firmly attached to the cable. Aside from the hard plug, I had absolutely no issues with this kit.
