I love them, I've been using them for 5k runs since day one and they don't bother me at all even though I'm a size 7 and these shoes fit a size 7.5 , they seem to fit 1/2 inch bigger than my other running shoes but that doesn't bother me, they work great and the grip is amazing! Super happy!
