This MP3 player has a major bug; Tracks in albums are listed alphabetically instead of by track number when navigating to an album to play them. It synced flawlessly with Windows Media Player to load my music, the controls are pretty intuitive so no problem, but I can't listen to albums with songs out of order, it would drive me crazy. The manual doesn't cover this and the features in the setup section when I tried to go through and fix it aren't even covered in the manual. What is the difference between "faster" formatting and "full" formatting or "force sorting" and "auto sort"? We'll never know, because when you go to this website [.], it's just a page with a logo and an email address. Nothing more. Seriously, just a big Coby USA logo. This is ridiculous and I'm surprised I didn't read it in other reviews. Serious. Because I have nothing better to do with my time than to follow instructions to keep things from failing on internet forums. MP3 player so it should be helpful for other users who want to return it like me.
