The platform is easy enought o use if you have an IT background with experience in CRM/ERP systems or similar software applications (such as Salesforce).

We've been able to successfully implement this product into our HR department which has helped us get rid of any manual processes around employee onboarding and redeployments within our organization. There are some features we'd like but it's definitely not broken yet! It hasn't really added much value outside what other platforms can do themselves so far - just another way to store data about who should go where once they're hired internally by my team at work.
