Review on Conviva Audience Intelligence by Kofi Wills

The best thing about convivavideo is that I can see in real time which shows are most important to my audience so it really helps me plan out future content well ahead! It's also helpful with figuring how much traffic there will be at certain times during peak hours (which means you should definitely do some testing!).

They recently made changes where now all videos have "streaming" instead as opposed to uploading/hosted live events only - this was not something we were interested but if any clients need those features then maybe consider them? We're using their platform mostly around our weekly podcast show called 'The Show' however; one benefit from working here has been getting access into other people teams such like marketing etc who would otherwise usually never talk business over email or Slack because its too confusing / awkward haha.
