The only reason I took a star off was because for the price it just didn't have enough compartments for me. Therefore, as a light backpack, it shouldn't cost that much. With that in mind I would like to say that I really like the style and material of this backpack and overall I really like it. Would I like it just as much if I had to pay over $135 for it? No, that's why I deducted a star. Otherwise what I like most is that they are thick, comfortable and very strong. It reminds me of the expensive nylon material of my well-known jackets. This backpack, even if mistreated, should serve you for many years. Another key component is quality zippers, one of the most overlooked and underestimated aspects of all clothing and accessories. Cheap brands always forget that and use cheap zippers that are not smooth and always stick. The zippers on this Hedgren backpack are excellent. Finally, I don't know enough about the brand's reputation and the level of Hedgren to justify the high price, but I do know that the quality is great.
