I have several Android phones and tablets and I have a rare case where I need to type a lot, e.g. B. ssh' to a remote server or whatever, and this keyboard would be great for those times. I had another full-size 3/4 keyboard that my wife got from her old iPad, which I used occasionally, but while some of the keys worked on Android, this one has a lot of keyboard shortcuts that work for Android. It will take time to remember them, but they are all there. That doesn't mean Android is perfect with an external keyboard; Some apps only require touch input and that makes it a bit tedious in some apps, but that's not this keyboard's fault. I also have a Surface Pro 4 that I use at work and we got a few in bulk cheaply without a keyboard. and unlike Android, Windows is insanely annoying when used without a physical keyboard, so I'm planning on using that keyboard with it too. Pros: size, key travel, feel. The keys feel very natural to me, with the j and f keys well marked. Separation is not a problem and you will get used to it immediately if you are touch typing. The keys feel pretty good for the travel they've got, they all feel nice and firm, no squishy, no hesitation. Cons: Delete key is tiny You're likely to make more typos on a keyboard as small as this, and unfortunately the delete key is quite small. I wish they had made the keyboard another 3-4mm taller and made the number key, which includes the delete key, bigger. So far, this is my biggest (and only) annoyance with the keyboard. I fiddle around a bit to find the delete button. However, it gets better with more use. Suggestions: backlight, a way to keep the keyboard flat on uneven surfaces. I'm not suggesting backlighting the entire keyboard, although it could be an option and I suspect it wouldn't consume too much. Battery. And here is the highlight of some keys like f, j, delete, arrows. Things you normally move your hands to would be great. And if there was a way to keep the keyboard stable on uneven surfaces without damaging the design, that would be nice too. I'm imagining some sort of clip that could fold out at the top (so it doesn't interfere with typing). I'm not sure what to suggest here, but using it on anything other than a flat, hard surface is quite difficult. However, I typed on the bed with no problems. I did a little research and experimentation and found a few Android shortcuts that might be useful. One annoys me a little; I accidentally hit the "Win" key a couple of times and launched Google Assistant. It's too easy to press but I'm pretty sure it's not a keyboard bug, Android uses this keycode for the assistant. I'm sure I could test this with a USB keyboard if I tried.
