The best thing about ProShred is how fast and easy it is to order services. It is great that there is a lot of different options on the site. As with any business, I don't enjoy dealing with people I don't know. It is nice that ProShred has a lot of different ways to contact you. The one thing I don't like is that you can't get any information about the driver who you are going to be meeting up with. You can't even see their name. It is very easy to make a mistake and go to the wrong place. I don't trust it. I think you should always call and make sure you are picking up the correct shredding location. I was able to shred up to 10 boxes of old paperwork in about 15 minutes.
