First of all, there is no physical way to connect a switch to it. Secondly, the controllers will not charge when connected to the charger. Third, no real power adapter is included. So unless you have the right hardware and cable (and it charges from a USB port, so you need a power bank with USB as the output) you won't be very good day. To be 100% honest I'm almost tempted to take it apart just to see if it contains any wires. Save yourself the hassle. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND THAT.
