Won't fit in outlet and falls straight out of top outlet. I can usually get it to stay in the bottom socket long enough to charge while constantly checking to make sure it hasn't fallen out. I went to bed thinking my phone was charging and when I woke up I realized it wasn't. I see other one star reviews mentioning the same issue. I've never had a charger fall out of the socket like that before. It doesn't matter how you connected it (cable up or cable down), I would not recommend this product.
