Won't snap into my Fitbit Sense

Received the bracelets today and I'm a bit itchy to put them on to wear. I tried to put them in Fitbit but it didn't fit. You wouldn't stay there. They just came out easily. What annoyed me was that they didn't snap into place like they should.
