My ear canals are so narrow that I have trouble getting the in-ear headphones into my ears comfortably - even though there are different sizes of tips , the smallest tips inappropriate for me. But these earbud replacement earbuds have a multi-flange tapered fit that works great for me in SMALL size with any in-ear headphones with standard replacement earbuds. And if you have large ear canals, the medium or large flange ear tips can provide a better seal and more comfortable fit. Obviously these tips will not work with some headphones that don't have a standard rubber tip that can be removed for replacement.
