The plastic buckle broke when I first put this bag on my shoulders. Very disappointing. The design of the bag itself seems reasonable. Now I had to spend almost as much on replacement buckles as I would on a bag. I should have just bought a prettier bag to start with. Edit: After a few weeks of normal moderate use, the bag is falling apart at the seams. You get what you pay for. Complete garbage.
