I really wanted to love it but I hate it. It doesn't work as easily as advertised. I have long thick hair, maybe that's the problem, but that's why I bought it. In the time it took to heat up (which took at least 5 minutes) and then "straighten" my hair, I was able to do it in half the time with my classic hair straightener. It also left the ends of my hair still wavy and the hair closer to my head wavy and uneven. Definitely much more uncomfortable to use than a flat iron. Damn
