Honestly, my old phone was big and bulky and I was too lazy to get rid of dust and dirt. Since I've been using my cell phone almost exclusively for years, I just wanted a decent quality phone at a low price and this phone fits the bill perfectly. I like the looks but can't comment on any of the many features as I just don't use or need them, except for the silent ringer (but I think most phones have that feature these days). Has good range from the handset and I've had long calls without putting it back on the cradle or charging anything. Irritation. Displaying the dialed phone number should be clearer or brighter, but that's the only downside. For less than $20, it gets the job done and doesn't look like cheap junk.
