The first thing you need to know is that this is not a chair to 'fall' on, there's nothing underneath it but the material, up where you sit. If you fail, you risk tearing the fabric. Also try not to move too much for the same reason. Secondly, when you are sitting, you will notice some discomfort under your feet, it will be a barbell. While the chair is fluffy and comfortable, the bar in front of it is not. You will likely need a flat pillow to place under your knees.
