The dog got used to the vibration.

Too late to return as it didn't stop our dog Bella from barking. She got used to the vibration even though we set it to the highest level. It worked the first time we gave her a bark or two and she stopped. We thought it would make a great bark control collar! We assume she realized that it didn't hurt her as it was just a vibration that seemed like the perfect solution, very bad.
