Yes! iPad works now!

The first screen received did not work fully. Some areas of the screen worked and others didn't. I contacted their support team. They immediately sent a replacement. The exchange works great! So, good customer service and if for any reason the item you received is faulty, you will most likely be dealt with properly. I do not recommend their installation instructions. Photos are blurry. Don't forget to watch the installation video online. Be careful when connecting the home button. There is a small lever that needs to be lifted to release/connect the cable. I hope,
