Doesn't fit at all.

I ordered two different suppliers of fenders for my 2019 Ram1500 Tradesman. None of them are properly oriented or shaped for installation. Just in case, I tried both options with/without bow extensions. I have standard black trim on the wheelbase. Nothing special. What am I doing wrong?
